Q: How do I become a link?
A: There might be some "link" places available. Contact us if you are interested in getting your food for free!

Q: How do I know it's organic? A: We are certified by the Soil Association and subject to regular checks. Please feel free to contact them and read the Soil Association website.

Q: Can I set up a standing order/direct debit?
A: Yes. Many people have requested it as opposed to a cheque as it reduces difficulties with collecting payment and allows us more time to produce and deliver your box. If you would prefer cash/cheque that it no problem, we are flexible, however the quickest way is to pay by credit/debit card online or over the phone.

Q: Is there a charge for paying online?
A: Regrettably there is a small surcharge when paying by credit card, however debit cards remain as normal. For more information see our online payment section.

Q: Some of the produce is bad. Can I get a refund?
