Q: After I've joined, what happens if I don't want a box one week, for whatever reason?
A: All we ask is for 7 days notice and we won't send your box. Of course you don't pay for what you don't get.

Q: Can I choose what goes in my box?
A: You can choose the type of box you receive (see Our Produce), we choose what seasonal produce you receive according to when it's at its best. Of course we are flexible, eg. Tell us you don't like carrots and we won't send you any and we'll replace it with something else.

Q: Can I visit Paradise Farm?
A: Yes. If you contact us then we'll be happy to show you around. We are also planning open days to the farm so you can see your food growing. We might even organise a 'weed your own' day!

Q: What is a "link" person?
A: A link is someone who lives in your area and is prepared to be a collection/drop off point for 5-10 boxes, they are there for your own convenience. They get their box free as a result.
