If you are at all unhappy with your box contents please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to offer you a replacement. In certain cases a discount may be offered against your next purchase.

To obtain a refund/exchange you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your box.

Also, any changes to orders must be received at least 2 days before your delivery is due.

Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations less than 3 working days before you delivery is due.
